AS I AM Smoothie à l'huile de ricin noire jamaïcaine (454 g)

Decent product to thick had to thin it out with oils. Wish it smelled better. Kinda smells like chemicals

yes if you have 4c hair this product works wonderstalk about moisture can't go wrong with this productalso try the AS I AM JBCO shampoo and the AS I AM leave in conditioner

I was confused at first what this product was intended for so I had to do some trial and error and hit it out the ballpark the first try! I use a lot of As i Am products but what I like about their line is they work well with other product lines as well. So I washed my hair with a purple shampoo... my hair is natural but bleached almost white. I then used Shea Moisture Hair Masque and left that on for 10 minutes while I was in the shower. After, I put in As I Am leave in conditioner and then this smoothie. And with this, a little goes a long way. For soft defined curls that would last me a couple days I could've stopped here, but I also put a bit of Mizani gel on top of this. When it dries the hair is a little crunchy, but you can break up the crunchiness and get soft defined curls that last me all week! Mind you, I don't sleep with a bonnet or anything on my head, just satin pillow cases. The most i ever have to do to refresh my hair is use some of the As I Am Jamaican oil water and the frizz is gone and the curls are popping! What the smoothie does is define the curls all the way to the scalp and helps give that definition throughout until your next was day. A little spritz really reactivates it all over again!

I really was hoping that this product would work better with my curl pattern but it didn't work as well as I had hoped. It seemed to make my hair frizzier that usual but I really liked the smell. I use the regular As I Am products and my hair responds better to the regular products.

Love how it softens and controls the frizz in my hair.
