This gel is good for natural hair in the category of 4a, 4b, and 4c. If you apply it while the hair is soaking wet, you will have an enhanced curl pattern. I use leave in conditioner and then apply gel. You can also a buttery cream or pomade to keep the moisture locked in before or after the gel. It is a heavy gel.

Works great at taming edges very pleasant smell

Very good styling gel. Did not flake nor leave my hair too greasy.

I love this gel. It leaves my hair a little too firm if I put too much in, but it helps my hair look a little more put together. I haven't purchased on Amazon, but it's the same thing but from a beauty supply for half the price.
