To open a wholesale account with us, please fill out and submit the ‘Wholesale Account Application’ form located on the main page of our website.

We will send you an invitation email to access our B2B website at asung.ca. To set up a new password, please click on the link in the email. This will enable you to access our B2B website.

A Proof of Your Business (If not already attached to registration form):

To help us complete your registration process and provide you with better prices, we kindly request that you provide us with a proof of your business, such as a business license or certificate of incorporation. Please email a copy of your business license or certificate of incorporation to info@asung.ca at your earliest convenience.

We aim to process your orders within 1 ~ 2 business days and will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup or shipping. In some cases, processing may take longer than 2 business days.

For your initial order, we accept e-transfers to caleb@asung.ca

If you would like to pay with a credit card for subsequent orders, please let us know. We will email you a pre-approved credit card authorization form.

Simply fill out the form and send it back to us to set up the credit card payment method.

4. Shipping or Pickup

We offer two options for receiving your orders. You can pick up your order at our location near Highway 401 and Jane Street between 9am and 4:30pm from Monday to Friday. Alternatively, we can arrange for shipping on your behalf with our shipping partners. We will add the best rate for single shipments to your order total and notify you just before shipping. You can pay for your order upon pickup or prior to shipping.

(1) All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
(2) Returns will be accepted within 15days of receipt of shipment with return notice.
(3) 20% of the restocking fee will be applied for returns after 15 days of receipt of shipment.
(4) Returns will not be accepted over 30 days of receipt of shipment.
(5) No returns or exchanges on final sale / wigs / ponytails / braids / weaves / PPE / customized items.
(6) $20 will be charged for all returned checks.
(7) 2% of surcharges will be applied to all overdue payments.
(8) All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
(9) Asung Trading, Inc., reserves the right to limit order quantities.

If you wish to add more products, please submit another order within 24 hours. We will ensure that both orders are shipped together. After 24 hours, changes to the order might not be shipped out together.

No, shop-in purchases will not be allowed at our Edmonton location. Only online order pick-ups are available at this location
