JAMAICAN MANGO & LIME Braid, Twist Remover (8oz)

Excellent, cuts braid removal time in more than half and most end as you unbraid time prevent breakage. I’ve had braids most of my life both plaited and twisted the dread with them is removal but this product makes it so easy. I highly recommend it even just to untangle hair.

I often braid my hair and leave the my protective styles in for months at a time. After moisturizing my scalp/hair with products it results in build up near the beginning of the braids. This product is excellent for removing this build up and minimizing tangles so that there is little to no hair loss. This is a must in my hair care routine!

My relaxed hair had become a matted, tangled mess. In some spots, I actually had little dreads forming. My hair is long, bra-strap length, and I was determined not to have to have to cut my hair down to about 1/2" so I had been using softening and moisturizing conditioners and combs to work through the tangles. I had been working on my hair for close to a month. I decided to try a dreadlock remover and came across this one. Crazy as this sounds, between this product and a dessert fork, I was able to remove the remaining tangles. I only cut 4" because of damage and was able to retain about 12". I know that if it wasn't for this product, I would not have been able to successfully remove the worst mat and would have been forced to cut most of my hair off. Of course, it's better if you never let your hair get into this condition but if for reasons beyond your control it does, I highly recommend this product.

This was so great in helping me remove my tree braids and not lose so much hair due to breakage. Compared to the last time, I probably only lost about a quarter of the hair I did when I removed the braids without this product.It is very creamy and nourishing. I applied it to each braid and let it sit for a bit before taking them out. The smell is very sweet and candy-like. I really enjoyed it and it served its purpose in protecting my hair. Five Stars!
