The first time I used this I was amazed as with most products it’s good to use on very wet hair that’s how the products sink in just when you get out the shower u lotion on sort of damp to dry skin so the product gets into your skin. I have 4c hair and this product helps with curl definition and moisture! Gives a great hold without flakes or stiffness that gel does and minimizes frizz. I’ve never did a wash and go but I do my signature high bun/high puff and this makes my hair so shiny and soft, especially when I use a scarf to tie it down... the next day I have waves .. that literally last days 5+ . So little goes a long way . I do admit that it’s very sticky but I do use it with a moisturizer and other products to help because I have low porosity hair as well and this products works wonders. Been using it since 2015. Hopefully they don’t discontinue it.
