How to Use

*For professional use. Always perform a strand test before full application.
1. Mix: In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 scoop (about 1 oz) of Quick Blue Powder with 1.5 to 2 oz of L'Oréal Oreor Creme Developer (20, 30, or 40 volume depending on desired lift and technique). Mix until a smooth, creamy paste forms.
2. Apply: Apply the mixture evenly to dry, unwashed hair using a tint brush. *Do not use 40 volume developer for on-scalp applications.
3. Process: Check development regularly, every 5-10 minutes. Maximum processing time is up to 50 minutes. Do not use heat.
